Tin Golem

Nicknamed tin soldiers, these golems are toy-like caricatures of people in red tailcoats, white trousers and baldrics, high boots and tall hats in matching black or blue, each gripping an oversized sabre. The uniform is a tradition of unknown origin and changes nothing about its abilities.

Any weapon can hit it, but edged and pointed ones deal half damage and must save vs. crushing blow, with a bonus per magical plus, or be bent or blunted to -2 on attack and damage rolls. Bludgeons hit for full damage, except wooden or bone ones, which do half. Cold, fire, gas and magic missiles fail, electricity glances off, and spells aimed at living things (hold, charm, hypnotism) are useless. Acid harms it fully.

It obeys its wizard maker's simple orders and can stand idle indefinitely. A command word may be granted to others, but the wizard's orders always win.

A priest and a wizard, each 12th level or higher, build it with resist cold, wish, protection from normal missiles, geas, resist fire and polymorph any object, spending two months and 1,000 gp for each hit point.
